One more advantage for hiring the internal candidate is the company get lower recruitment cost. For hiring new external candidate the company have to pay the full salary amount and also the cost will be quite higher for the training in comparison to the training of internal candidates.

If the company hire the internal candidate then they have to increase the salary which will be lower to the full salary of a new employee. For an example the company have to pay 15000 to the new employee, on the other hand if the internal candidate is working on 18000 then they increase just 2000 to 3000 and the work will get completed.

If the company hire the external candidate, then it will take so much time in selecting the right candidate for the right job, who can fit properly and work honestly for the company. For this the company have to go through so many resumes and CVs, which will surely take time and also not sure that how much time will be taken for this process.
