Job Description:

The role of Enterprise Technology Engineer is of handling Operations infrastructure and designs in IT Operations. Involve in planning, directing, designing, coordinating, and administering network systems and subsystems; resolving network operational issues; maintaining computer, network hardware and software; and providing information, direction and/or recommendations to L2/BAU teams.

The engineer would be responsible for fix support of networks either on e-mails or calls. They'll need to be able to diagnose and offer repair instructions remotely, as well as in person. The role would require supervising network access for bottlenecks, security threats or problems with connectivity. They might also configure and maintain security devices to ensure the safety of company software, systems and prevent data breach.

The incumbent would also be required to participate in corporate initiatives and roll out strategies for areas within his/ her control to improve the customer happiness and other departmental goals. Giving direction and mentoring the direct and indirect reports to improve performance and benchmark them with the best industry practices will be a crucial result of the role. The role will also require building balanced working relationship with all the IT support teams and the business to ensure a flawless delivery of key performance indicators.

The position also entails travels less than 5% and other Operating Entities in case of specific business requirements.

Below are some of the key responsibilities which may not be extensive in nature.

Responsibilities:

  • The role involves working with Team Leaders, Assistant Managers and technicians to provide 2nd/3rd Line Network support and design/Engineering efforts. The services offered are in co-ordination with other IT disciplines for problem diagnosis and resolution, provision of agreed Management Information and monitoring of Service delivery Group as per agreed division of responsibilities.

  • Ownership and follow through/resolution of all issues impacting service/Operations.

  • Work effectively with customers, analysing their needs, problem solving, agreeing/sharing solutions with Onsite counterparts.

  • Responsible to maintain departmental standards and quality initiatives in all aspects of work.

  • Setup monitor and maintain the network systems.

  • Working as an effective member of the team and developing good working relationships with business and/or IT colleagues.

  • Maintaining own training and technical knowledge up to date in line with changing IT Infrastructure.

  • Effectively handling administration, planning, meetings and prioritising own workload.

  • Strong Management focus with emphasis on call, incident and problem management, relationship management.

  • Implementation / Design of appropriate KPI' metrics and Service Level Management to handle at all levels with the department and individual level.

  • Maintain a high level of interaction with all internal/External customers/BUs.

  • Networking- Achieve by influencing and collaborating across national and functional borders internally.

  • Proactively enforce to the regulatory requirements (India and International as appropriate) and Group standards. Ensure that the data & processes for which you are responsible and are fully compliant. Deliver the intended outcome for the Company and its customers.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Graduate Science Technology in any field with 3+ years of overall experience.

  • Experience in handling large and sophisticated IT Operations and relationship management in Remote IT infrastructure management with a solid focus on Incident and Problem management / project management.

  • Experience in handling a Shared Infrastructure Environment

  • Exposure to best practises by working in a MNC culture or large Indian based company maintaining global services to and from parent company locations.

Essential:

  • Having ITIL Foundation v3 certification or knowledge

  • Good understanding of the IT infrastructure components and be able to handle major incidents and priority issues.

You will be familiar with both the business application of these technologies and the broad concepts behind Agile technology delivery and DevOps. European Gas & Power (EGP) is part of bp's trading business based in Canary Wharf, London. It is front and centre in bp's plans to move away from Oil to a future of renewable energy. The gas business is a crucial element of this transition providing base load capacity and the ability to meet peak demand, while the power business is investing heavily in wind and solar. Their power strategy includes reaching 12GW of renewable power by 2030; which equates to one third of the UK's total current demand. Key Accountabilities-

What you will deliver

  • Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system security requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
  • Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
  • Identifies product assets risks, threats, and vulnerabilities in accordance with accepted industry, professional, and government standards, ensuring security design integrity, availability, confidentiality, non-repudiation and contract compliance.
  • Evaluates remediation recommendations and develops cost to estimate documentation.
  • Employs system security processes, methods, and tools and assures their consistent application. Resolves cross-functional technical issues.

Basic Qualifications:

Position Description:

The IAM Engineer will be a specialist in Privileged Access Management (PAM) / Privileged Access & Secrets Management (PASM) with strong expertise in CyberArk. The engineer, working with stakeholders, will play a critical role in onboarding and offboarding privileged accounts, secrets, and digital certificates to ensure adoption of the IAM enterprise solutions to meet policies and standards, especially during M&A integrations and divestitures. While the primary focus is on PAM/PASM, the role will also involve exposure to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to support enterprise certificate lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support technical efforts to onboard or decommission privileged accounts, secrets, and credentials for acquired or divested entities.

  • Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to integrate M&A environments into CyberArk and Secrets Management solutions.

  • Assist in migrating PKI certificates as part of M&A transitions (training provided for PKI components).

  • Ensure that PAM/PASM integrations during M&A meet enterprise security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Administer and configure the CyberArk Privileged Access Suite, including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Secrets Manager Credential Provider / Central Credential Provider (App2App), Dynamic Access Provider (DAP), and Password Vault Web Access (PVWA) and DR Vault.

  • Perform account and certificate discovery, onboarding, and periodic reviews.

  • Support enterprise PKI onboarding/offboarding under guidance from senior PKI engineers.

  • Learn to operate certificate lifecycle tools and processes to support integration and compliance needs.

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, PACLI, REST API) for onboarding, rotation, and reporting.

  • As needed, provide Tier 3 support for PAM-related incidents and requests and participate in on-call rotation for PAM-related critical events.

  • Support audit and compliance reviews by gathering evidence and providing technical input.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Experience/Skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on CyberArk engineering experience in enterprise environments.

  • Strong understanding of PAM concepts, RBAC, least privilege, and session monitoring.

Controls Engineer

As part of the global controls team, you will work with highly motivated experts and innovators in the data center industry. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, project management, and maintaining the building management system (BMS) and electrical power monitoring system (EPMS). Key job responsibilities • Train and assist internal customers and stakeholders with the creation, design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning and operation of BMS and EPMS systems. • Provide technical assistance and support to operations during life cycle of the data center. • Review results and action items from the quarterly maintenances for BMS and EPMS and take actions to get them resolved. • Develop BMS & EPMS projects scope of work, schedule, budget, and level of efforts (LOE) to projects requested by customers and stakeholders. • Manage scope, schedule, finance and execution of BMS and EPMS improvement projects in AWS data centers. • Assist in procurement related activities including request for quotation/proposals, responding to request for information, review of vendors proposal and issuance of purchase orders. • Participate in AWS global on-call schedule to provide immediate BMS and EPMS technical support to in-service data centers. • Attend project related meetings, coordinate with project leaders and regularly report status to Controls and stakeholder's management. • Support Controls projects related commissioning activities in the data centers. • Review, implement, troubleshoot and iterate on the controls sequence of operation (SOO) and provide necessary feedback to the design team. • Develop and modify controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces. • Manage multiple stakeholder deliverables, requirements and navigate challenging situations. • Financially manage BMS and EPMS service contracts. • Frequently visit (locally) assigned in-operation data centers to troubleshoot, meet customers, supervise vendor's work to ensure compliance with the scope, design, SOO and applicable local codes. Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Space Mission Systems (SMS) division is seeking an Mid-Level Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) Manager to join our team in support of the Evolved Strategic SATCOM (ESS) from El Segundo, CA.

In this role, you will be a leader of a high performance SEIT team interacting with customers, suppliers, program management, integration and test engineers, and senior technologists. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide high impact, creative solutions to complex technical problems, the ability to work as part of a large team, and the ability to provide critical support and independent review of the work of teammates. The successful candidate will develop and efficiently execute a set of integrated SEIT plans and technical artifacts that will enable the program to meet the technical performance parameters and mission success.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Program execution responsibilities include:
    • Plan and manage SEIT work scope (technical, cost, schedule, and risk).
    • Work with the SEIT Leader to actively manage the IPT to drive decisions, design development, and requirements to ensure program milestones are met.
    • Work with the SEIT Leader to actively manage the IPT cost and schedule performance per baseline plan.
    • Provide headcount variance and milestones status as appropriate for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to program and ensure visibility to management where appropriate to deal with systematic issues.
    • Address IPT level earned value and compile/manage scope growth that deviates from the baseline.
    • Support quarterly EAC process and review impacts with program and functional management.
    • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner and per schedule commitment.
    • Close out action items per schedule commitment.
    • Report program risks, seek opportunities to save cost/reduce schedule, and contribute to a positive and effective work environment.
    • Interface with diverse program and customer teams.
  • Functional management responsibilities include:
    • Provide functional leadership to a group of 15-20 SEIT engineers supporting the ESS Program.
    • Coach, counsel, mentor, and provide developmental opportunities for employees.
    • Perform employee performance management, hiring, retention, awards/recognition, and goal setting.
    • Execute critical program staffing and redeployment activities.
    • Development and execution of a robust training and development plan.
    • Development of employee engagement activities to motivate and engage the workforce.
    • Manage and enforce critical SEIT processes and standards.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science from an accredited course of study, in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • Direct experience with Space Systems Engineering groups.
  • 5+ years leading multi-disciplined complex engineering projects across multiple organizations.

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Software Engineer to support our Cobalt Charger team located in Herndon, VA. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security business organization.

Within the Boeing Defense - Electronics and Intelligence Systems (E&IS) organization, the Cobalt Charger team performs mission critical functionality for our customer. This position is part of a software development team that is modernizing a legacy solution into a modern container-based microservice architecture to produce custom navigation solutions in the most demanding environments. The candidate will develop C++ and Java backend micro-services as part of the solution. A successful candidate will collaborate with the Boeing Software Enterprise to embrace software best practices, standards, and initiatives which position the the Cobalt Charger team to efficiently bring rapid innovation and the quality that customers seek from Boeing.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop software source code, unit tests, and documentation for assigned tasking • Participate in daily Scrum team meetings for tasking status and prioritization • Perform peer code reviews and software checkouts • Perform software design reviews and create tasking backlog • Perform software testing and defect tracking
